SimAR includes a system capable of recognizing the graphical markers in the real environment and placing augmented reality content over them. It works with markers of any size and complexity. The intelligent system of spatial keypoint distribution guarantees a stable reproduction of AR content even with the damaged, folded or defective (within the acceptable standards) images.

SimAR supports the visualization of AR content, using a system capable of recognizing multiple images simultaneously. Multithreading allows using unlimited number of markers at the same time. It is compatible with all types of devices

SimAR SLAM

Markerless Tracking (Spatial Tracking)

The algorithm is based on mathematics and does not use the device sensors due to the optical flow processing. Ground tracking is performed through the analysis of the environment.

Unlike ARKit, ARCore and other libraries, this algorithm is not restricted to certain devices. It is the absolute analogue of these libraries, and it works with internal and external cameras.

ARMotion Gesture Catcher

Real-time hand gesture recognition algorithm using a camera. ARMotion Gesture Catcher provides an ability to interact with augmented reality objects and to control them. It does not require additional devices or media.

High-resolution Capture of the Current Frame

This algorithm allows capturing certain areas of the graphics in high resolution, including the use of the unique mechanisms of video stream interruption and resuming. It is also used to overcome the restrictions on recognizing the optical flow in mobile devices, which use a low-resolution video stream for tracking that leads to low-resolution image capturing.

SimAR 3D Reconstruction

Objects reconstruction using a camera of a mobile device and the construction of a 3D model of the object. Processing takes place in real time. The algorithm works on mobile devices even with a low-end CPU. It includes an intelligent system that recognizes areas remaining beyond the field of view of the camera, and displays them in real time.
